Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s poured with good wishes from all over after her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan spilled the beams on twitter that Ash is pregnant and soon he is going to become grandfather. Among all one special person to wish Ash is her ex-flame Salman Khan.

"I would like to congratulate Mr. Bachchan that he is going to become a grandfather and also Abhishek and Aishwarya. I hope they make a whole cricket team," Salman told reporters here at an event to launch a Blackberry application.

Aishwarya dated Salman at one point of time but the couple had an ugly publicized break-up in 2001. On April 20, 2007, Aishwarya married Abhishek Bachchan and became the Bachchan’s bahurani.

Popular matrimonial site ‘Shaadi.com’ has carried a survey ahead of Father`s Day on Sunday as who is the ‘perfect father figure’ and surprisingly Salman Khan who is known for his hot temperament has been voted as the ‘Perfect father figure’.

39 percent of the respondents chose large heartedness Salman Khan. "The poll reflects the mindset of today`s youth. Although times are changing, qualities like generosity and masculinity are still admired as `fatherly` traits amongst Indians," Gourav Rakshit, business head, Shaadi.com, said in a press statement.

Though Sallu miya is yet to get married and have children but India sees him as a perfect father. In the voting, he beat politician Rahul Gandhi who won 31 percent votes.

Other contestants, Ranbir Kapoor and cricketers Yuvraj Singh and Virat Kohli received merely 12.5, 9.2 and 7.4 percent votes, respectively. The poll was carried over 9820 Shaadi.com members across India.
