Gaby dela Merced is a Filipina model and television personality. Her real name is Gabrielle Chanel Baltao dela Merced.  She was born on June 10, 1982 in Manila Philippines. Gaby is best known as a Formula Three racecar driver and she was publicly known when she dominated the Asian Formula 3 circuit. She landed as 1st Runner-up in the Philippine National Formula championship.

Gaby dela Merced became one of the housemates in Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition 2 in 2007. She also starred in a more recent telenovela entitled Kung Tayo'y Magkakalayo as Alina.
