Alexandria Mills born in Louisville, USA was crowned Miss World 2010 on October 30, 2010 in Sanya, China. Mills is the first American to win Miss World since 1990, she also became the 60th Miss World winner overall. Mills is a fashion model and has been on the cover of Maniac Magazine amongst others.
