Maja Salvador hails from Aparri, Cagayan, Philippines. She was born on October 5, 1988 and under contract with ABS-CBN network. Maja is also one of the member of Star Magic. Her real name is Maja Ross Andres Salvador.
Maja Salvador is popularly know as the "Dance Princess" for her dancing prowess. Her rise into show business and discovery was more on accident rather than auditioning and joining reality search.
Maja has numerous awards and nominations in her showbiz career. She was nominated as best supporting actress in the movie Sukob in 2006 and the Most Promising Female Star.
